The administrator has the right to found a ticket. Once founded, the ticket is sent to customer's portal and his e-mail address (if these options have been set):

The customer can see the ticket also in his MikroBill interface, so he can respond to the administrator as well as found anouther ticket:

Immediately after customer's message is sent, the administrator receives an e-mail with the text of the message and also a copy into the Ticket inbox. Se the following figure:
